Apply for new Associate Membership
Is your Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card current?
- You need a current Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card to apply for Library Associate Membership.
- To get a new or updated Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card see the Security and ID Badges page on your Hippo intranet for instructions.
Fill in the membership form
- Library Associate Membership form (PDF).
- Select the type of Associate Membership, Borrowing and electronic access or Electronic access only.
Return the membership form
Borrowing and electronic access
- Bring your membership form and current Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card to the Philson Library Lending Desk.
We will photocopy your Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card and take your photo for your Campus Card (ID).
OR
Email adhblibrarylinks@auckland.ac.nz a passport-quality photo and scanned copies of your membership form and Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card.
See instructions for sending us a passport-quality photo. - We will email confirmation and post your Campus Card (ID) to your home address. Allow up to 10 working days for a Campus Card (ID).
Electronic access only
- Bring your membership form and current Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card to the Philson Library Lending Desk. We will photocopy your Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card.
OR
Email scanned copies of your membership form and Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland ID card. - We will email confirmation to your home address.
